Questions, answered honestly.
If we don't have the proof yet, we'll say so.
What does "made for skin that changes" mean?
Skin can feel different with weather, stress, sleep, travel, cycles and life stages. We start with those changing states, rather than one fixed label.
Does hormone-aware mean hormone-balancing?
No. Our cosmetics don't test, change or balance hormones or treat hormonal conditions. Here's what hormone-aware means.
Do I need all three products?
No. Each has a clear job. EASE is the cleanser, POISE the hydrating mist and STEADY the daily serum. Start with one, introduce it gradually and keep your familiar sunscreen and moisturiser.
Can I use Solvair with retinoids, exfoliants or prescriptions?
Check the complete ingredient lists. EASE contains salicylic acid, an exfoliating ingredient. Introduce one new product at a time and ask your prescriber about combining it with treatments. We don't make blanket compatibility claims.
Is EASE a tea-ferment cleanser?
No. EASE uses green tea extract. Tea ferments belong to the formulation brief for POISE and STEADY. An extract and a ferment aren't the same thing.
Are the products clinically proven or non-comedogenic?
We won't use those claims without appropriate finished-product testing. Ingredient research and consumer feedback aren't clinical proof. Read our evidence standard.
Are the formulas vegan?
Vegan formulation is part of the development brief. Final sourcing and any certification must be verified before a finished-product claim is made. We won't imply certification we don't hold.
What about pregnancy or breastfeeding?
We don't make blanket pregnancy-safety claims. Show each product's final ingredient list to your clinician, especially if you use prescription skincare.
What if my skin reacts?
Stop using the product and rinse with water. Contact us with the product and what you noticed. Seek medical help for severe, painful or spreading symptoms. Patch test before introducing new products.
